Tty Creo was one of my longest and most significant collaborations in Italy, starting in January 2006. The company specializes in creating software solutions for the insurance industry. I worked on refactoring and enhancing their web portal, which is used by insurance companies to manage their operations. I also developed numerous features and systems, collaborating on a wide range of software for both internal operations and external customer interactions.

Some of the major projects I contributed to:

ONLINE COMPETITION: an online rank system for a competition of the Aviva insurance company. It’s an import system from Cobol files and a web frontend. It’s written in php, ajax, prototype, scriptacuolus. Export in Excel.

E-LEARNING PLATFORM: system developed for the company Aviva which aim is to let administrators to create online tests and schedule meetings and to monitor the knowledge level of the people working in the insurance company.

WEBSERVICE: development of a communication layer between the desktop software “Uno” and the web portal “Creoservice”. It’s written in php, symfony and SOAP.

CHARTING AND STATISTICS FOR HELPDESK: implementation of libraries for plotting 3d charts on the web for internal company statistics. Written with drawing libraries in javascript and flash.

TICKET MANAGER: tool for keep track of the faults and tasks of the software developed by the company TTY for Aviva. I implemented the tag cloud, folksonomy, pdf export etc. It’s written with symfony, php, javascript, mysql.
