Lark Distillery's existing WordPress website needed a solution to dynamically manage product stock levels in real-time based on warehouse data. The challenge was to integrate their warehouse management system (Ezy) with their WooCommerce store to reflect accurate product availability.

To accomplish this, I analyzed their existing warehouse management system and designed a data flow that would automatically update product stock levels on the website. This required creating a custom WordPress plugin that would pull stock data from the Ezy system and update the product quantities in WooCommerce accordingly.

This project involved close communication with the client to ensure the system met their needs, as well as designing a solution that was scalable and reliable for their eCommerce operations.

The integration improved the accuracy of product stock visibility and automated much of the manual work involved in maintaining inventory levels. This allowed Lark to focus more on growing their online sales while maintaining accurate stock information.
